I am dedicated to providing you with personalised, high-quality care and support throughout your reproductive health journey. To ensure I can offer the best service to all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy is in place.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Individual Consultations

48-Hour Notice Required

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice (2 full business days)

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee

8-Week Program Cancellations

Before Program Commencement

  • Full refund available if cancelled 7 days or more before your first scheduled session

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session will receive a 50% refund

After Program Commencement

  • No refunds are available once the program has begun (after your first session)

  • Unused sessions may be paused for up to 4 weeks due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances (please contact me to discuss)

  • Program sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of the start date

Individual Session Cancellations Within the Program

  • The standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies to each scheduled session

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in that session being forfeited from your program package

Emergency & Extenuating Circumstances

I understand that life happens. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Serious illness

  • Family emergencies

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond your control

Please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a compassionate solution, which may include rescheduling without penalty or pausing your program.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion

  • Late arrivals will not receive additional time beyond the original appointment end time

  • The full session fee will still apply

Payment for Cancelled Sessions

  • Cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file

  • You will receive an email confirmation of any charges applied
